From the western highlands of San Marcos, Ocotepeque, in Honduras, comes this single origin grown by APROCASAM, an association of 343 farming families.
Since 2018, these families have worked together to raise quality and look after their land. Every cherry is processed through one shared wet mill, so each harvest stays consistent. The farms are managed organically, with natural soil care and hand weeding, and Fairtrade premiums go back into schools, training and community projects.
We roast it to bring out its natural sweetness: aromas of chocolate, brown sugar and spice, then baker's chocolate, white peach and roasted almonds in the cup. Low acidity, a smooth round body, and a finish that lingers.
