Return & Refund Policy – Gracias Coffee Roastery
Thank you for shopping with Gracias Coffee. We’re a small, locally owned roastery based in the Wairarapa, New Zealand, committed to bringing you the best and freshest, small-batch roasted coffee we can offer.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for roasted coffee.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Non-Perishable Items
For any non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise, brewing equipment), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To request a return, email us at marvin@graciascoffee.co.nz with your order number and reason for returning.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once your return (if applicable) is received and approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
